Download Instructions:

 
 

When you click the link for downloading you will be asked to save the file or run from the location. Select Save the file, press OK.
On the next dialogue box, Select "desktop" to save the file to...
Once download is done you will find an icon on the desktop of your screen. It will be called
SETUPTBE.EXE

Double click on that. This will install TBEdit program for you...
Once the installation is done, click
start and select run. Then type
control fonts
and press OK. This will open up the font folder. Check for TAMMaduram and TABMaduram fonts in the folder. 

Now close fonts folder. This completes installation. 
To run the program select
Start, Programs, Kamban software and click on Tamil Editor. You can start typing your letters.

 
  Typing Instructions:  
 

To Type Kodi (Crore): «è£®
First Type ka (
è is KEY <H>) and then type Oh (æ is KEY <X>). This will replace Ka with Ko (è -> «è£).  Now type Da (ì is KEY <O>) followed by E (Þ is KEY <S>). This will replace the letter DA with DI ( ì -> ®).

In general all Uyirmei is formed by typing the consonant (ka, gna, cha, jna, etc...) followed by vowels (ah, ahh, e, ee, etc..)

i.e: 
è£ -> è + Ý
è¤ -> è + Þ
è¦ -> è +
ß

The key positions for these characters are shown on the keyboard displayed when you open the program. (If the keyboard is not displayed Press <F2>).
